All About Mrs. Pace

Meet Mrs. Pace 

 

I am so excited to be your 1st grade teacher!  It’s going to be a great year full of new friends, new adventures, and new discoveries!  I have been teaching for 19 years and teaching first grade for 14 years!  I love to teach children to read as I have a passion for reading!  My hope is that when you leave our classroom, you will also have a love for reading just like me!

 

 I grew up in Sault Ste. Marie, and when I was little, I went to Washington School too!  My husband and I have two children named Korsen and Talyah.  Korsen is 17 years old and Talyah is 15 years old.  I have a Goldendoodle named Crosby!  I love to spend time with my family and friends.  I absolutely love to decorate, shop, and spend as much time outdoors as I can, when the weather is warm of course.  

 

My favorite food is spaghetti and pizza and pretty much anything Italian.  I love the color hot pink and I love country music!

 

These are just a few things about me!  I can’t wait to get to know each of you and your families this year!  I just know that you are all amazing kids!
